BF6 Battle Royale Launches Tomorrow as a Complimentary Game Mode

After months of speculation, the battle royale game type for BF6 is finally launching. Last week's rumors indicating its release would happen alongside the first season were accurate. Players can jump into the gameplay starting very soon.

Season 1 Adding a New Map, Mode, and Weapons

Alongside the BR release, Season 1 is also beginning. This introduces a new map, a additional style, and new weapons. What's more, Redsec is arriving. A included trailer will go live at release, providing gamers a preview of what's to come.

Free-to-Play Structure Makes the Mode Open to All

Maybe the most significant announcement is that Battlefield Redsec will be F2P. Much like other games, you do not need to buy the base game to play. Several gamers have already tested early versions of the game type. Those trials were conducted in a collaborative space, which the team described as their biggest player partnership initiative.

The intense thrill when facing another squad is unique in other battle royale. It feels do or die, and you really mind if you make it or not.
Despite being a snob beforehand, I'm fully supportive of the new mode after playing it.

These initial feedback from players have been extremely encouraging. Naturally, the gameplay may have changed over the past month or two in terms of tuning and speed. However, initial indicators are promising that Redsec could emerge as a true rival to leading offerings. Many are hoping that the top weapons from the original Battlefield 6 will also apply in the battle royale.
